Parametrical sensors simulation module (MIDP)

MIDP is used as a potentiometric sensors simulator and controlled with KVV-S controller under the PC commands. The module provides information interchange in backup local area network, which is suitable for EIA/TIA-485 interface and KVV-S controller’s input-output interface compatible. Backing of local net is provided with the use of two KVV-S controllers. MIDP module in collaboration with controlling cross-program the work in the two modes:
- parametrical sensors’ condition simulation;
- self-testing, which is turned on under the PC command for a short period of time.



Technical characteristics
- level-flight speed on the input-output interface lines is 250 Kbit/s;
- provides one of the three chosen sensor simulators’ conditions on 48 channels in condition simulation mode;
- sensor resistance values for every condition of every of the several channels within the range of 200 Ohm – 2 kOhm;
- resistors’ capacity is no more than 0,125 W with accuracy of no more than 1%;
- supply voltage is 27 V.;
- maximum input current is no more than 0,25 A;
- overall dimensions, mm: 282,5х121,61х172,8;
- weight is no more than 2,1 kg.
