Information logging system

SRI

Information logging system accepts digital information, which incomes on interface GOST 26765.52 87, and analog information in order to process it for a long-term storage with the possibility of multiple-reading.

Structure:
• processor module based on Micro PC 6010;
• module of multiplex channel terminal unit GOST 26765.52-87;
• flesh unit;
• ADC units;
• power module;
• software.

Information logging system allows to solve the following problems:
• digital and analog information accumulation in the form of sessions;
• storing of information in nonvolatile memory;
• multiple-reading of sessions;
• cancellation of all the data.

Technical characteristics
• supply voltage, V.: 27 ± 5% (with undervoltage up to 10 and by supply failure for a period of time up to 0,5 s);
• watt consumption, Wt: 20;
• dimensions, mm: 183х176х360;
• weight, kg: 4,1 ± 0,1;
• storing of 128 Mbyte of information when supply is switched off, hrs: up to 100000;
• no less than 10000 recirculation cycles (recording with the following cancellation of all the information).

Properties
Information logging. The data meant for logging enters the system through the multiplex channel in the form of digital blocks with the cycling 10 or 20 ms. The system performs analog-to-digital conversion of the 24 channels simultaneously and adds converted data to the end of every block, while getting a new block of digital data meant for memory recording. The system allows to log information till all the memory is full. Herewith at the front desk the indicator "FRM" flashes – recording memory is filled. It is possible to erase the store by hand or programmatically.
Information readout. Logged sessions’ information can be read many times on the multiplex channel or interface RS-232 in PC of the type IBM PC.
Additional options. The system of information logging admits to increase sampling rate of 14 analog signals up to 800 Hz by 20-millisecond cycle and up to 400 Hz by 10-millisecond cycle. It is also possible to log only analog or only digital data.
