In automatic and manual modes the dimensions and position of the flat details (printed circuit boards, artworks, printed circuit assemblies, etc.) are controlled.

Capabilities of software VAMIS:

Isolation of defects on the artworks and workpieces.
Command set provides the measurement of all the geometrical dimensions.
Imaging precision is provided with the optical system.

The installation is controlled by an industrial computer equipped with a self-diagnostics system. There are two video cameras, which allow to debug program and to find out false defects due to the control of probe’s hitting in termination pads. The following tests are conducted:
